02 03 Fleer Tradition All-Star Sneaker Edition Michael Jordan

Recently I was able to acquire a Jordan card of epic proportion. It is the 02 03 Fleer Tradition All-Star Sneaker Edition Michael Jordan (AS4) parallel #ed to 50. Although I am not a Jordan collector, I had to have this card for the SportSecurities collection.

Packed out in 02 03 Fleer Tradition,the All-Star inserts were seeded at a rate of one in twenty packs. With ten cards in the set, pulling any particular player could require breaking up to 200 packs. This makes pulling the Jordan an amazing feat. However, this is the “Sneaker Edition” limited to fifty copies. With no listed odds on this variation, who knows how hard it would be to hit this card out of packs?
